Returns
We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

- Special-order products made specifically for a customer.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return request for the original product and placing a new order for the desired item once the return has been approved.
This ensures faster processing and product availability.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
The returned item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
